Good screen protector for xperia z2

Can you guys tell me any good screen protectors? Should I buy Tempered Glass or Plastic? and which brand?

I just order tempered from ebay/amazon. H9 quality is good.

to be honest, i didn't need a screen protector as its screen is pretty resistant to scratches. Have had mine for over 6 months and my screen is still scratch free.. not even a slight hair scratch marks.

I've used both. The soft plastic ones are OK, they get scratched after a while (whilst protecting the screen) but can be replaced cheaply and easily. The hard glass ones don't scratch easily, last longer, but are more expensive to replace. I'm happy with either.
