I know Verizon blocks it so Verizon customers have to use Isis. I know I can still see it and download it. But actually loading the app is an issue.

From just going through some other posts made by others seems like AT&T also blocked it on their phones so customers will be using their wallet service instead of googles.

I think Sprint is the only carrier to use Google Wallet. The rest of us will be using Isis.
