What is ACS in Sytem Apps on my android 11 BLU Phone, is it Malware or a key logger?

[Android Central Question]

The ACS app is always running and the Phone permission is greyed out. Everytime I force stop it turns back on by itself. Can someone please help me figure out what it is used for because I never had it on the Samsung Galaxy S20 5g?

It's Advanced Communication Services.
Not malware, it runs things like closed captioning etc. The reason you can't permanently stop it is its a system app that just restarts when another app requires it. Older OS's may still have it broken out.
