Hello

What is the best way to copy my photos from my SM-N9005 onto my Windows 10 PC?

A) How to I move ALL my photos onto my memory card?
B) How do I synchronises my photos onto my PC?

Background:
I have tried connecting my phone by USB to my Windows 10 PC, however there is no sign of my SM-N9005 mobile phone on Windows Explorer.

Do I need to install a USB driver?
OR should we still be using KIES? (I had thought that was defunct...)

When you plug the device into the pc, pull down the quick settings menu, tap on the USB message. That will give you options to allow the pc to "see" the content. It should be MTP from memory.. Once you do that, you should get a pop up on your pc asking you what you want to do with the "external memory" or whatever it thinks your phone is.
If you don't get that, open the "computer" screen on pc and hopefully you will see the phone there. I usually have two screens, so I open the photos gallery in both phone on one screen and pc in the other. Then simply drag and drop...
