What is Beta Program and why is it full?

Went to Samsung Internet app. Changed my mind, I hadn't logged in,or signed in yet As I went to leave the app I was notified by way of a bar at the bottom of the screen that Beta Program was full. What's this about. Do I empty something. Did I sign up for something unintentionally...? Please educate me. Thanks - S.G.

A beta program means that the developer (of whatever app you were on the site of) has a beta version, and he has people testing it. That's the "program". Full just means that he doesn't need any more beta testers, so don't bother applying. You didn't do anything wrong.
