What is circular in system apps with android logo and why are there 5 of them in my system settings

I have a phone and it is starting to act up. It's a moto g pure and it is not completing any command just stops after first loading process

Welcome to Android Central! It's a normal part of the system apps. I've seen that in all of my Pixel phones. It might have to do with theming. That's not the cause of your issues.

The first troubleshooting step for you to do is boot into Safe Mode: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/motorola/motorola-moto-g-pure/safe-mode/. Chances are that some app you installed is causing the instability. If the problems go away in Safe Mode, then you know it's something you installed.
