What is com.cm.cm.AppLock? How do I identify and safely remove this and other hacking apps?

This is my first time posting here and I hope I'm using this forum correctly and thank you to anyone that may be able to point me in the right direction.
Recently, I accidentally stumbled upon this folder that was hidden somewhere deep in my settings. I don't know how it got on my phone for sure. I know that I did not install this app as far as I know intentionally nor did I give anybody permission to install it. I have had many issues with my phone for months and now I'm wondering could this be the cause... In the recent past I had a situation that I had to deal with that involved an unwanted individual hacking into my phone and other accounts online! The individual continues to create problems for me and harass me, somehow he is accessing private information, apps and images, etc. from my phone. I believe that he possibly installed some kind of hidden apps on my phone or in my accounts that enable him all kinds of access to my phone, camera and microphone. I hate feeling so disrespected and violated and just want it to stop. This is making me distrust others and slightly paranoid! I'm not all that tech-savvy but if somebody could give me instructions on how to remove this app (and any others that may have given him these priveledges over my phone) safely I would greatly appreciate it. Please advise if further info is needed. Thank you.

I don't have any personal experience with it, but Cheetah Mobile has a history of data mining and other unwanted actions. If you have this app, I'd uninstall it (or disable it if uninstalling isn't an option). I haven't heard of them outright hacking, just spamming and selling user info. If uninstalled, it may still leave a folder like that on your phone if not programmed to clean itself up.

It's actually rather difficult to hack an Android device. Has anything specific happened to make you think this is the case? In the mean time, I'd suggest getting a password manager (I prefer Last Pass), then go through your accounts to both change the passwords and add them to the manager. This lets you have very strong passwords while being easily accessed by only you.
