I saw that in my notifications panel when my phone was downloading and installing a OTA update. I would guess that is what you're seeing, since ATT recently released the Lollipop update (assuming you are on ATT).

@cohoman That's what it wanted me to connect to wifi and up date. Doing that now.

Well it is now on Android version 5.0.2
