What is needed to ODIn to stock EC05?

Ok, currently running SFR 1.2 w/ Twilight Kernel. Phone is running smoothly(knock on wood). With that being said, lets say I want to ODIN back to a stock device, should and start over, should I go to EC05? Earlier? Any advice with links would be appreciated ie: ODIN/CWM/ ROOTING etc.......THANKS!

For the sake of conflicts I would say Odin back to Froyo EB13 then let it auto update to EC05. Seems like the best path for success without conflict.
