what is notification news??

Just got the s3. At around midnight I get a notification news alert. I click on it but it has no way to go to setting and disable. Also cant find where its coming from to shut it off. Anyone know or get this also?

Got mine last Fri., but i can only guess that maybe it has something to do with the news settings ticker on your lock screen.
