What is "Personalized Service Client" and other apps that redirect me when i click them??

It consumes so much of my data and is always in the apps recently requested location. It says included apps it works with is something called "IntelligenceService2". Both have a super generic android symbol, and connected to an app called "Face" which also has the same logo. None give me the option to really look into what they collect. In the app permissions for the personal service one it says no permissions but when i hit all permissions it literally has access like a tracking device. Is this common on this device or is it malwear?

personalized service client doesn't show on my phone but face is for security, bioface

As in like face recognition? Because I have not set that up on my phone.. and the intelligence one? I have no idea what these are and really am not good with technology period

yes. doesn't matter if you set it up, the software is always there. A quick search makes it look like they are just Samsung apps. nothing to worry about. 1.09 mb since February third is almost nothing. memory usage is minimal.
