What is the best Fast Wireless charger that does what it says..Fast.

Just had a S7 and just got me a Samsung fast charger off eBay and yes not fast,phone off cable when phone is off takes 1.5 hours area but this so called fast Wireless one takes over 3 hours when i leave the phone on,put it on with 10% left and still took just over 3 hours.
Whats the best ones to look at.

This Samsung one i have is a joke,3 hours and still on 95%
Any help on which one would be great as i cant have a 4 hour fast charges its mad.
Also stops at 88% so you lift it off put it back on and starts again.
Message sent to ebay seller and gone back onto wire.

Need to know the battery type first: Li-ion, NMH, NiCd, lead-acid......? Also, if the battery has a built-in protection circuit to avoid over-voltage and under-voltage.
