I just rooted my inspire with ace hack kit v12.3. you can head over to xda developers and get it there

ok so i got the ace hack kit v12.3 and i seem to be have several issues installing it any help would be gratly appreciated

What exactly is your issue? Are you doing this on Windows or a different OS?

i am running windows xp for my os. i have attached a screenshot of how the cmd has looked for the last 2 hours

Do you have anti-virus disabled? Do you have HTC drivers on your computer but HTC Sync disabled?

that was it i could have sworn that i disabled it earlier today hopefully that fixes my issues. and anti virus is disabled

I don't think you need to restart your PC, but I think you probably have to redo whatever step it was failing on. You might have to start from the beginning.
