What is the best video app for taking HD Youtube videos with?

Hello,

Until I can afford a high quality video camera I am going to use a Motorola Turbo 2 Droid for online videos. Today's cameras take good quality video. I want to make sure my quality video I take is the best possible video for YouTube and any other online videos. Does anyone have a video app they can suggest?

Well, the Droid Turbo 2 features a 21 megapixel outer facing camera, which is better than most smartphones, including the hyped iPhone cameras (15 megapixel). (Although, having more megapixels doesn't always guarantee a better quality video.) I for one happen to be using the original Droid Turbo (20.7mp) and use the stock Motorola Camera. It's a great camera, but sometimes I get blurry or grainy quality, especially in low light. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable and it doesn't matter what camera app you use, the quality of the image will be the same.
HOWEVER, both the Turbo and the Turbo 2 are capable of 4K video, in fact, the Turbo 2 can handle it at 30fps. So, I would consider using that option if quality is what you're worried about, although, be warned: 4K video takes up a lot of storage, so be careful.
