The P Smart is recognised by Hisuite. USB debugging is on. The list of all items that can be backed up is displayed. I select Contacts, Messages and some others. All seems well, the backup seems to start and progress as it should but I then get this message:
"Failed to obtain info.xml configuration file"
and nothing is backed up.
What do I do?
