What is the width of the display?

I got a Pixel 4A (four G version) when it came out last year. Overall, it's solid. However, the width of the display is relatively narrow (makes certain apps, games, and internet browsing an inferior experience in what it can display, and relatively tiny fonts) that I'm looking to upgrade to a phone that's wider. On the p4a, it's at 2 7/16".

I can't seem to find this measurement anywhere. All it lists is the width of the body, but was wondering if someone can provide the actual width of the display (the stuff you see)

Using a caliper and measuring my 5a showing a screen with a white background, I got 2.62" of visible screen width. This is awfully close to 2 5/8".
