What is this blue blinking on my Lenovo a6000?

That blue blinks while im using Fb ,while playing videos in youtube,my gallery and Videos in internet .. Pls help

Firstly turn off your developer option if on because some developer option flashes screen some times, still problem occur make sure for enough ram ,delete some apps from your phone, But I am still doubt that your phone needs repair,
