What is this file for?

What is this file from? /storage/emulated/0/Download/Image_System.txt
It's listed in Google files under documents as Image_System.txt and when I click on it it opens a page that has this

I can't seem to find anything about it online to tell me what this file would be for or from. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

None of us are Google/Android engineers, so we can't tell you every single detail of how the phones work. All I can say is that file just looks like a normal file generated by the system for the system's own use. I would advise against sifting through all of the system and data files and getting worried about anything you don't understand.

If you're worried about being hacked or getting malware, it's actually quite rare, as long as you follow some common sense safety guidelines:
