What is this heart in a circle icon in my notification bar? (photo included)

Transparent-style circle with red/pink heart, what is it?

It's some app you downloaded. If you swipe down on the notification bar, do you see a notification for it? If so, long press on it and press App Info to see which app it is. Otherwise, you will need to go through your apps and see which it could be.

I cant find which app it is or weather it is even an app!

I would check first any apps you recently downloaded or updated if it recently appeared. Also check any apps that are likely to have a relation to a heart symbol, such as dating apps, apps with the word love in them, apps with the word like in them, social apps. It's something you downloaded so you will need to go through your downloaded apps. You can also check your list of running apps to see if anything listed as running is the app in question.
