What is this Icon ?

Hey folks..

What is that icon thats appeared on my Status bar next to the Wifi... the semi-circle with a "+" symbol in it.. I cant find it anywhere in the Manual

How do I turn it off

It kind of looks like it could be something for Device Health, maybe it's a little low and you might want to look into it? Not sure, haven't seen it before (though my phone's health is usually 95-100).

Thanks folks... Ive just unboxed my S8 yesterday and been exploring .. My contract is only 1GB, Does it affect the phone data in anyway.. such as stopping RSS/news feeds or Bixby?

Oh nice, I can actually allow any app to bypass data saver.. such as Bixby and upday, and yes... ill admit it.. I do like upday ..

I love the phone though... really happy with it.. Hope you folks are too

It is for mobile data. You can go into settings > connections > data usage > data saver > allow unrestricted data usage and toggle the apps you want it to effect.

Mine is 20Gb per month.

Makes me take a step back to think how long we actually use our phones for in our daily life's !!

I got the text a week into my cycle but its not common for me to use that much. I was in Las Vegas on vacation and I had my photos/videos uploading to Google Photos as I took them. I have a few more days and I am at 42gb now.
