What is this in my Notifications pulldown: 10(QPIA.1910005.007)

After I did a Factory reset without using a backup this appears when I pull down the Notification bar, it's under the Device connected to Google FI VPN

10(QPIA.1910005.007) swiping, tapping or a long press does nothing. I have no idea what it is and I can’t delete it.

I think that shows up if you enable Developer Options.

Yup that's where it came from. I turned developer option on to move my background, ringtone and notification sound from my PC to my phone. I turned off Developer mode and the number is gone from the notification. That number is my Phone build number located in Settings/ About phone/Build number QPIA.1910005.007.
