What is this sound, that my Nexus 4 is making?

I want this notification sound but cant find it on my nexus 4.

At 1:23 his phone makes a cool beep. Is it stock? if so where can i find it

I don't think that's stock. I can't find it on my phone. Probably should leave a comment on his youtube video asking him and then report back. I'd like to have it as well.
