What is this symbol

What is the symbol in the top left corner for? The one that looks like a folder and has a cross in the middle It goes away when I pull the top down.

Lol, just means you have more notifications that don't all fit, your cross is a Plus sign... You'd see the same thing if you downloaded a cpl apps and didnt clear them as you went...

I believe it's simply a way of showing that you have more notifications beyond those displayed on the top of the screen.

If you look in your notifications window, you will probably see the ones that their icon didn't make it onto the home screen.

Do you have two notifications that both show the battery % up there? That would bug the crap out of me.
