What is this thing and how do i get rid of it

This widget popped up on my phone when I was messing around with the gesture settings. I disabled gesture but this thing is still in my screen. I can't get rid of it. Long press does nothing. The only thing short press seems to do is dim the screen slightly. That's it. It doesn't do anything. Help! How do I get rid of this. I wanted to attach the screen shot of it but I don't see a way to do that here. Here is a link to the image

Check your pull down notifications panel down is it there?

Which phone? Check your Accessibility menu in the system settings -- anything turned on there?

If not, then see if it remains in Safe Mode. If it goes away, then it's likely some extra "feature" from some app you installed.
