I have attached a pic of my issue. See the arrow. I have had this symbol pop up about 3 times since I've had this phone. About 2months now. Every time it shows up it says network not available when I try to use the phone. Rebooting the phone solves this issue, but it is still annoying. And suggestions on how to fix this?

Its the unknown SIM card icon. Sometimes removing it and reinstalling it will solve the issue. If not, then it needs replaced.

Your thread title reminds me of the song title 'What Is This Thing Called Love?', once misread by a BBC announcer as 'What Is THIS Thing Called, Love?'

I had the Unknown SIM Card icon a few weeks back. Simply powering down and rebooting cleared it and no repeat since.
