So I was under application manager and clicked on show system apps and this Control TV app was on there.
Anyone know what this is / does? I attached screenshots for you to see. I definitely did not give this app permission to use my microphone. Wtf.

Do you think it's like Amazon fire TV remote with microphone? So you can control it through voice command maybe, I'm just speculating.
