What is wrong with my LG G3? (LCD Glitching)

Dear Computerpeople,
Last week i was just casually watching youtube when my screen randomly started glitching. I tried to restart and even hard-reset the phone but nothing worked. Then I went to a mobile shop and they told me its not the lcd screen. they tried to reassemble the screen and installing a new one, but nothing new happened. Do any of you by any chance know what part is broken and how/if I could fix it?
