What is your memory consumption right after reboot?

Right after I reboot my phone, I noticed my memory consumption is almost 4/5 of the available RAM. Is this normal? What are you experiencing?

In Android, unused RAM is wasted RAM, so 100% in use would be best, but close to it is good. (This isn't Windows, as a lot of "RAM cleaner" app writers seem to think. Having a lot of free RAM usually indicates that something is wrong.)
