What kind of filesystem and memory does the inspire have?

Right now ive got an epic 4g, which i believe has NAND memory, and i recently upgraded my filesystem to EXT4 from the stock RFS.

I'd imagine the EXT4 can be done if its not stock like what was developed for the galaxy s family. and to be honest i dont know if ill notice i difference with nand memory

im just curious.
