what office app are you using and why

I am wondering what office app you guys are using and what the pro's and cons of it are. I see some you can copy and paste and others you cant......

Documents To Go. it's best of breed. but i'm desperately waiting for version 3.0 as it will support Office 2007 passwords and encryption.
