What phablets compete with Galaxy-Note-8+S-Pen kit for painting etc?

Including cheaper ones or discontinued models?

I am currently playing with the Tayasui Sketches app on iPhone SE and I would like to explore "pen-and-watercolour" paintings, but I have only just begun.

There is literally no true Note competitor, all the Note8s rivals don't fully cover everything the Note8 does.

Here are your options:
Phablets
- Galaxy Note8
- Galaxy Note Fan Edition
- Galaxy Note5

Tablets
- Galaxy Tab8.0 & SPen
- Apple iPad with Apple Pencil

There is the LG Stylo 2, but it is now where near the quality or functionality as the Samsung and Apple products.

Thank you, your listing of the other possibilities is very helpful, and you have confirmed my impression that the Galaxy Note 8 is probably the most competent product in this class.
