What rom to flash? Harmony 1.8?

This is probably a dumb question, but I don't really know much about this stuff. I recently put Harmonia 1.8 on my wife's Optimus V. I liked the results. Can I flash the same rom to the Optimus Slider? or do they have to be specific to the phone?

Mobster ROM is also available, and if you know how to develop there are also CyanogenMod betas... I just put up a link to them all.
