What scheduling algorithm is used by Android?

What scheduling algorithm is used by android

I would like to know what type of scheduling algorithm is used for Android 4.4.2 Kitkat, I know it is based on Linux Kernel. According to some articles, it stated that Completely Fair Scheduler is used by Android. However, what is the scheduling algorithm for that, is preemptive or non-preemptive? And why there is combination of FIFO and RR scheduling algorithm for real time scheduling? I am totally confused
