What should i delete to make it like new, and nothing would link to my info

My understanding is make sure everything is backed up to where ever, and then do a factory reset of your phone. That will wipe everything from what I gather.

I factory reset then log in with a different user account and encrypt then factory reset. I don't download all the apps so it doesn't take super long.

Factory reset will take care of everyrhing. Once that's done, the phone will be just like taking it out of the box and turning it for the first time.
