What should I do, my Edge screen settings are not working---help?

edge screen settings not working---help

In Edge screen settings> Manage Feeds> the Download Feeds bar doesn't work. I was watching a video and the guy presses the bar and it opens to dl more feeds or purchase them. Called Verizon, no help. On phone for an hour with Samsung, what a waste of time. Suggestions please.Thanks
