What should I do next to fix this problem?

I have a samsung galaxy s blaze and recently it has been randomly turning off and then it will start vibrating every 2 to 3 seconds. I will eventually then be able to turn it back on but then it will do this again. I have taken the battery out multiple times and have left it out for almost an hour but that didn't help. I also have already done a factory reset and that did not help. What should I do next to make this stop happening.

You didn't mention whether the phone ever got wet - even slightly, like by being used in a heavy rain. Water in the phone, even if it's dried right away, could cause those symptoms.
