What should I do to update my s4?

Hey there, I am trying to find the android 4.3 update. I go to settings>software update it tells me that the latest software version has already been installed. I try to go to kies it tells me your phone software is not supported. I have AN UNROOTED PHONE

What carrier do you have? I don't believe the update is available for all carriers yet.

US Cellular released it today. I installed it about five hours ago. Very little visible differences.

So far only the International models, Sprint, Verizon and US Cellular models of the GS4 have received Android 4.3. The AT&T model should be getting it real soon
