What should my "current username" be?

When I click on about phone > phone identity in my settings, it has some random sprint employee email address (like the name of a person @sprintpcs. Com) as my current username.

What should my current username be? How can I change this?

Should be the sprint e-mail that they auto assigned to you. Should be some form of your name, or whomever owns the account

Hmmm strange. It's a name of somebody I don't know . The account is in my name though, so I will have to call to get it figured out. Thanks.

What good is the pcs.com address? I have always had business phones up to now so please bear with me. Are you supposed to set it up on the phone? How?

I found my @sprintpcs address and sent an email to it. Not a thing happened, so no clue what its used for.

It use to be used to access your picture mail online and some other stuff but now-a-days i dunno... and thinking about it I think you can change it from Sprint.com somewhere
