What should the signal strength be?

My signal strength right now at home is -97 dBM 44 ASU, or -101 dBM 39 ASU.

It's been like that for 3 - 4 weeks.

I don't know what it was like when I first got the phone in 2015, because I never checked.

Sorry but it's impossible to answer what it should be in your area. Perhaps you can ask a friend or neighborhood to test their phone side by side if they have the same carrier.
