What system apps are involed in WiFi calling

[Android Central Question]

I use a porn blocker app/VPN on my Samsung S20-FE.
Have had to disable it to allow WiFi calling.
Would like to try whitelisting the system apps involved, see if that works. Any one know what system apps are involved?

Probably phone app / some other system app

I can see a VPN causing a issue
