I'll kick this off. Some simple things a simple way to take screenshots and close all background apps. If they can do the notifications why not background apps. Over to you.

Answers to above

Background apps: Closing apps like that isn't very good for the device so there is intentionally no way to do that. Android will close an app when resources dictate that it is necessary.
Screenshots: Press "volume down" and "power" at the same time. This works on 100% of Android devices that do not have the methodology replaced by bad OEM code.

New Example

"Sky is falling" posts about ship dates and/or whether or not any particular phone will or will not bend, break, spontaneously combust.

Another thing that I have picked up is the screen finger print and smudges..My iPhone 6 was much better at this with the 6p showing a lot more smudges and fingerprints.

I've noticed this with more use too. The phone is slowly becoming part of my every day life, instead of being the precious new addition to my life.

And with this kind of treatment I am seeing lots of fingerprints.

Avoiding all hardware defects like bendability, the paint coming off, etc...

My gripe is the Ambient display. It doesn't seem to work when I want it to, and when I pick it up off the table it doesn't come on unless I hold it a very specific way.

Is there no gallery app? Because I can't seem to find one (aside from Google photos) and that is annoying me.

No but there are so many awesome photo apps out there. Fstop is the first that comes to mind. Quickpic is another. They're worth a try for sure.

Another thing that I have had trouble with is the proximity sensor and the stock dialer app. A lot of times I have accidentally turned on the speakerphone when the proximity sensor hand been able to shut the screen in time...

Uneven speaker volume, even though mine doesnt seem too bad

Low headphone volume output

The potential for rear glass issues....disregarding the recent "OMG it just blew up by itself!", just the location of the glass and how I normally put down my phone. I don't DROP it but I feel like I have to be uber-careful or else it will shatter.

I love this phone and have almost no complaints but, after going through the set-up and downloading a bunch of photos, ringtones, etc.,I have come across one minor annoyance: I can't seem to get the "Explore" feature to function like a proper file manager. Mostly, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to transfer files from one folder to a particular desired other folder (Downloads to Ringtones, for instance, or Photographs). There is a "copy to" function, and it seems to offer the option to copy files to a very short list of "recent" folders, but I can't find any way to select any desired folder in the internal storage to move a file to. Am I missing something?

I've just been managing this by connecting it to my computer and moving files that way, but I can't figure out why such a basic function would not be baked into the OS.

After using it for the past 24 hours I'm left handed and music controls could be a lot easier. Not the easiest but would be nice if left and right handed menu options x update be changed.
