What to do with USB OTG cable?

I got one of these off eBay for only 85 cents. I tested it out on my N7 with my wireless mouse and it recognized instantly, but I would probably only use a mouse with my N7 along with my Bluetooth keyboard, which is very rarely.

There's an app that let's you print via USB OTG but it costs $13 Aside from doing the obvious, like plugging in a flash drive, what else is there to do with this little dongle?
