what type of GPU does the droid have

What type of CPU is in this phone and can it run 3D games like the iPhone does ?

it uses the same CPU (Cortex A8) and an equivalent GPU from what people have gathered, it should have no problems running 3D apps like the 3Gs does.

i think the biggest challenge for developers is the space limitation that the OS has. but technically, there isn't much stopping them
