what virus protection ??

Just wondering what virus protection people are using ? What's worth paying for that will do the job but not memory hog? R

Also when searching apps on google playstore how do I sort/redefine most popular to least popular ?

Unfortunately - for some childish, stupid-*** reason - that's not an option if you want to watch video from Amazon.

None. I just don't install anything from anywhere other than Google Play or Amazon.

I use Sophos Security. It's free, from a reputable company, and most important, the battery usage is always low, unlike Lookout (which I've disabled) and is a resource hog.

The one I use (Panda) for my computers has one for mobile devices, so I use it since I am already paying for their services and it can't hurt to have. It has anti-virus, anti-theft (including an alarm if someone picks up your phone after you have turned the alarm on), etc. features for Android. I forgot about the anti-theft features until one time my phone for some reason wasn't accepting my fingerprint ... and I got an e-mail with one very ugly photo of myself and a map of my location!
