I am stalking the android market trying to find this app but I can't find it anywhere!! HELP?!?

I'm pretty sure that's mClock. Could be mistaken (it's been a while since I've used it), but relatively confident that's what it is. There's a ton of customization available. There's more info on mClock at [APP] mClock,v2.2 released - xda-developers
