Astro: File management is a god send

Movies: find show times for theatres near you. Integrated with Flixter and Netflix.

Smart Shortcuts: This is the ONE app I could never live without. Instead of having a bunch of app icons littering your screen, you just tap on an icon for the category of app you want, and a list of apps you assigned to that category pops up!

Ditto to what nursescott said. For the most part, there are no device specific apps, and there's been a lot of contributions to the sticky he mentioned.
