What would you do?

I just need an inexpensive laptop for basic stuff at my job. Someone on Craigslist here is selling a Samsung 303c for $120 but Groupon has refurbished models of the newer Acer CB11 for $165.

They both have 16GB storage and 2GB RAM. So really it's a matter of the older Exynos ARM processor vs the newer Intel Bay Trail processor. Do you think the extra $45 justifies it?

Which would you buy?

Agree. The older Chromebooks can be pretty slow.

There isn't much to sell the old Samsung 303 these days (and I'm typing on one right now!) It was great back when it came out in late 2012 but it is pretty slow compared to newer chromebooks. TBH I wouldn't pay much more than $80 for one.
