What would you say is a high temperature on the Note 5

Am a bit concerned that I forgot to take my Note off the wireless charger pad when the temperature rose to 39 degree Celsius. It was at that temperature for 30 minutes. Back of phone felt hot. Should I be concern? Beside the obvious of an exploding phone what temperature should I be concerned?

i'd belief it's fine for the good quality of galaxy note 5. Although high temperature will shorten the lifetime of the hardware, but it won't cause any major damage neither exploding lol. Try to avoid it as you can.

You may also want to look into a different wireless charger. Mine fast charges with only a warm spot over the radio antenna on the phone back and the charger turns itself off once charging is complete so leaving it on the charger pad doesn't effect my Note 5.
