Whats App, G Talk, E mail not working on Mobile data network for Samsung Galaxy Grand I-9082

After recent upgrade to 4.1.2 Whats App, G Talk, E mail not working on Mobile data network but works only on Wi Fi.
My other applications such as Facebook/Linked In etc. are working on Mobile data N/W.
b4 upgrading to 4.1.2 everything was on fine on same data N/W.

PLEASE SUGGEST!!! I have already formatted my mobile, but couldnt resolve this issue.:'(

Go to settings -data usage and see Whatsapp G talk and email and click on any of them and then press three dot or menu key and see weather Restrict Background Data is checked or not . it should be unchecked

Hello,

My E mail has stopped receiving the incoming e-mails on my Samsung Grand mobile.
Rest all the applications (WhatApp, G talk etc.) are working fine.

Interesting issue is that I am able to send the e-mail from mobile.

Please help on this. As I have also upgraded the Mobile software 02 days back.
