What's best for USB-C tablet charging?

Purchased the Lenovo Smart Tab M10 tablet.
It came with a charging dock, and a USB-C/USB-A 2.0 cord for data transfer and charging when not using the dock.

Without the dock, would a new USB-C AC charger be fastest? Would an AC cube for my existing USB-C/USB-A cable offer the same charging speed? Would I get same results from my existing USB cord in a power strip? USB hub?

Any specs that need to be matched to the tablet? I remember reading "only use the power cord that came with your unit" for many purchased devices.

The tablet doesn't do any kind of quick or fast charging, it's plain old 5 Volt charging, so a 10,000 Amp charger won't charge it any faster.
